As artists, we are constantly spending so much time and money sourcing art supplies, paints, brushes, and canvas... it all adds up. When we do find what we like we have to get it while its in stock, or risk it no longer being available when we end up needing it. When we have the skills, knowledge, and ability to make our own materials like paints,  we now have access to any shade at any time in any amount we want.
